This weeks training is as follows:
Monday 1/13/25 4:30-6:30pm SL @ Switz
Tuesday 1/14/25 6:30-8:30 SL @ Switz
Wednesday 1/15/25 6-8pm GS @ Crystal Ridge
note there is a high school race 1/16/25 @ Crystal, forcing the move to Wednesday night
