Hello Lakers:

First off, congratulations to Emily Hower and Ty Carpenter for competing at the Bob Hosking’s Central Division Championships! They competed against the top athletes of their age class in the Midwest.

Ty will travel to Winter Park, Colorado representing The Lakers and Central Division in the Rocky/Central championship.

With the warm weather this week training is as follows:
