Urgent notice that the race this Saturday @ Alpine Valley is CANCELLED due to weather and safety concerns within the race arena. The MWAR conference is looking at options for a re-schedule at this time. When we know more, we will share an update.

There is still an opportunity to race at Mt. Lacrosse this weekend. Attached are the Fact Sheets.
Scored Race is for U16-U18 (SL only)
Non-scored Race is for U8-U14 (GS & SL)
The catch is you need to let me know by 6:30pm tonight (in email, tommy_groskopf@yahoo.com) if your athlete is attending
Please send me: name, year of birth, gender, and USSS number. Be prepared to pay the entry fees plus a late fee over the phone or via email no later than Friday at 3pm to USS&S. Online registration is closed.

If your athlete wishes to compete in Lacrosse and they only have a general US Ski and Snowboard Membership, they will need to get a full competitor license or a short-term membership starting 1/27/24 (this can only be done by working with membership services). Additionally, if your athlete is a general MWAR registration within the Lakers there is a $100 per day coaching drop-in fee for these out-of-MWAR races.

Please reach out to Myself, Will, Brian or a Board member with any questions. We understand this is last minute but, we just became aware of the Alpine Valley Race Cancellation, and we want to make sure your athletes have the information to compete on an off MWAR Saturday.
